Big Dam Bridge
I love Big Dam Bridge. One of my favorite things about being a Central Arkansas is the amount of scenery located within a 40-mile radius of Little Rock.
From the Bath House of Hot Springs to the Mountains of Petit Jean, there is plenty to see.
Big Dam Bridge is also one of those places.
When in school, Priscilla and Zach took every chance they had between classes and after work to meet at the bridge.
So, it only made perfect sense that the two of them would have their engagement session here.
Priscilla + Zach
A key ingredient, I believe, to having a relaxed and fun engagement session is having it at a location you are familiar with.
The reason this is such an important factor is that it allows the couple to be relaxed being in a familiar environment.
There are times that being uncomfortable is called for. For some, being in front of a camera is uncomfortable enough.
By having just a bit of something to breed familiarity, the engagement session will be more enjoyable for everyone involved. The couple will be able to show their natural emotion towards each other. The photographer won’t have to work as hard for natural emotion.
Given how perfect this session went, you would never believe Zach or Priscilla were ever apprehensive about being on camera.
Look at them! They’re stunning!
They are one of those couples that express their love for each other in their eyes.
Their looks are intentional and both have soft smiles – but the smiles are endearing.
Zach, Priscilla… congratulations on your engagement.
Your engagement at Big Dam Bridge was fun and enjoyable.
You are an absolute joy to work with, and I’m looking forward to your wedding later this year so we can do this again!
